SAP HR Payroll Tax Upgrade

Oversaw the HR payroll tax upgrade project, which aimed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our payroll tax processes in both the US and Canada and to meet regulatory obligations.  The project delivered an error free solution for the entire company.  The project team consisted of internal project resources.

PO Approvals Project

Duration: 7 months                Budget: $650K

Technologies Used: SAP MM, Fieldglass

Improved the approval process for contractors who were linked to POs.  This new solution enabled the contractor to input their hours and for the system to automatically verify if sufficient hours were available on their PO.  Reducing errors and troubleshooting time for contractors, project controllers and upper management.  The project team consisted of a combination of an implementation partner and internal project members.

Transportation Dispatch Project

Duration: 1 Year 6 Months  Budget: $850K

Technologies Used: Axon Software

Implemented a new dispatch system for the fleet that enabled streamlined communications, efficient routing, and effective data capture capabilities.  This project delivered a color-coded visualization of the whole fleet in real time with training documentation for staff.  The project team consisted of a combination of an implementation partner and internal project members.

E-Manifest Automation

Duration: 1 year 4 Months   Budget: $800K

Technologies Used: CBP/TSA Software

This project delivered a software system to enable digital custom clearance for shipments crossing the US/Canada border.  This system reduced wait times at the border, manual paperwork and allowed clearances to be verified before arriving at the border.  The project team consisted of a combination of an implementation partner and internal project members.

Fleet Maintenance Project

Duration: 1 Year 8 Months  Budget: $950K

Technologies Used: Dossier Fleet Maintenance

Improved maintenance tracking for the fleet by implementing new software with dashboards and extensive reporting features.  This project migrated existing fleet data, developed training materials for staff, dashboards, and reporting.  The project team consisted of internal project resources.
