Global Intranet Project

Revitalized a struggling intranet implementation for North America, Europe, Trinidad & Tobago that included adding in multi-language and mobile capabilities.  The project delivered a new intranet site with OOTB and custom web apps, migration of existing content and setting up permissions.  The project team consisted of an implementation partner, design agency and internal project members.

Global Approvals Project

Duration: 6 Months        Budget: $250K

Technologies Used: SAP ECC, ChromeRiver, ARIBA, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Approvals App, Fieldglass

Building a platform that can bring all approvals into one screen from multiple systems.  The project delivered both full integrations of approvals, where approvals can be done on the platform and light integrations providing a count of existing approvals and a link to the native approval platform.  The project team consisted of internal project members.

Global Intranet Expansion Project

Duration: 9 Months       Budget: $780K

Technologies Used: Valo, SharePoint

Expanding the new intranet to both Australia and Latin America, including audience-targeted web apps and enhancements to the intranet site. The project delivered expanded audience targeting to Australia and Latin America, content migration, permissions and enhancements to the platform.  The project team consisted of a combination of an implementation partner and internal project members.
